Free resume check against a job post
Paste your resume and the job post. We show how many of the job's key words your resume already contains, and what is missing. Nothing is uploaded: the check runs in your browser.
Your result
0% of the job post's key words are in your resume
A higher number means your resume speaks the job post's language more closely, where that is true for you. There is no pass mark.
This is our own simple word match, not the score of any employer's software, and a guide only. Prepvo does not guarantee that your resume or cover letter will be shortlisted, pass any screening, or lead to an interview or a job. Every employer and recruiter has their own criteria and uses their own people and software, and we have no control over their decisions. Prepvo has no obligation for any selection outcome. Match scores and suggestions are a guide only. Nothing here is added to your resume for you.
Tool and subject names are matched using open data from O*NET (U.S. Department of Labor, licensed CC BY 4.0) and ESCO (European Commission). We shortened and re-listed the names we use (changes made by Prepvo). Both sources are licensed CC BY 4.0, and Prepvo is not endorsed by either.

What the overall number is made of
Overall = a weighted average of the parts the job post asks for (skills and tools 45, job title 15, soft skills 15, education 10, experience 15). The weights are our own choice.
